The DPA surface is being prepared for organizations that need data-processing terms before broad paid onboarding.

Current processing posture

Primary runtime, database, object storage, and ingress are operated on OVHcloud infrastructure.
Human identity is delegated to the shared self-hosted Hovia/ZITADEL provider.
Backups and restore-verification evidence are maintained for operational resilience.
A final DPA must be reviewed before enterprise contracting.
